As much as we all love running, continually carrying out steady runs can become boring for many. Run and Become incorporates interval training and hill training into your programme. This will allow  

  • Variety in your programme 

  • The ability to work different energy systems 

  • The ability to develop speed and power in your training  

  • The ability to change pace in your running

Our app will place the sessions in the perfect place in your programme to give you a balance between aerobic, anaerobic and maximal/speed training. But if you want to miss any of these sessions, then you will have the ability to replace them with a specially designed steady run for that session.
